During the time of our visit, "Changi Recommends" was offering the service of baggage wrapping at Changi Airport at the departure level of Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3:
- Departure level of Terminal 1 - between entrances 4 and 5
- Departure level of Terminal 2 - between entrances 6 and 7
- Departure level of Terminal 3 - between entrances 6 and 7
"Changi Recommends" also has a branch at the departure level of Terminal 4 that can be found between entrances 2 and 3, where baggage wrapping might also be offered.
The company "Smarte Carte" that is offering baggage storage at Changi Airport is also providing baggage wrapping service at Singapore Changi Airport, where they have branches in Jewel and all 4 terminals of the airport. However, the location of their offices is less convenient for departing passengers and you might need to wait longer due to the longer queues of people waiting to use their baggage storage service.
