Oysters are an excellent and healthy food. Deep Fried Oysters is another delicious seafood dish. Some people like to eat fresh raw oysters, but, if you don't like to eat them raw, give a try to these fried oysters instead.

Ingredients

10-12 fresh oysters
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup tempura flour
3/4 cup bread crumbs
vegetable oil, for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

1 teaspoon chicken dipping sauce
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients. Mix well and set aside.

Instructions

1. Beat eggs on shallow plate. Spread tempura flour in another dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread breadcrumbs in the third dish.

2. Dip the oysters into egg batter and then coat it with tempura flour. Dip the oysters again in the egg and roll them over breadcrumbs and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or more.

3. Heat frying oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Deep fry for two to three minutes, until the oysters are crispy and golden brown. Repeat until all oysters are done.

4. Serve hot with sauce.
