2 cups jasmine rice
3/4 cup water
4 pieces chicken breast
4-5 pieces of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
5 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sweet black soy sauce
1 tablespoon salted soya bean
2/3 tablespoon chili
- Mix all ingredients together
1. Put the rice, water, ginger, garlic and oil into the rice cooker. Mix well.
2. Lay the chicken on top.
3. Press the cook button and cook for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
4. Serve with fresh coriander and sauce.
