Ingredients: Seafood Dipping Sauce
5 red or green chilies
5 cloves of garlic, peeled
3 tablespoons of fish sauce
3 tablespoons of lime juice or vinegar
2 teaspoons of sugar or palm sugar
Instructions: How to make Seafood Dipping Sauce
1. Pound garlic and chili thoroughly.
2. Add sugar, fish sauce, and lemon. You can add vinegar instead of lemon juice or you can add palm sugar for sweetness instead of sugar or add salt instead of fish sauce.
3. Combine all the ingredients and add the desired flavor. You might see that some seafood sauce looks very green, it’s because only green chili is added.
4. Serve with your chosen seafood dish and enjoy!
