100 g pickled mustard green, washed and thinly sliced
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for stir-frying
1. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Put egg and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes and season it with soy sauce and sugar.
2. Add the pickled mustard greens and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Serve with porridge or steamed rice.
