Ingredients
125 g flour (all-purpose or whole wheat) / แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ 125 กรัม
2 teaspoons sugar / น้ำตาลทราย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
1/2 teaspoon baking powder / ผงฟู 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
1 tablespoon oil / น้ำมันพืช 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
1 cup soy milk / นมถั่วเหลือง 1 ถ้วยตวง
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract / กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
Instructions
1. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, and baking powder) in a bowl until well mixed.
2. Pour in the soy milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix them together using a whisk. Mix until it’s smooth.
3. Drop batter by large spoonful onto frying pan over medium heat and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes. Then flip, and cook the other side until it’s lightly brown. Repeat the steps with the remaining batter.
4. Serve with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, jam, yogurt, chopped nuts or maybe syrup.
