Long Cha is a convenient place for enjoying snacks and drinks in the thick of things at the Talad Rot Fai Srinakarin in Bangkok.
Long Cha Café has only an outdoor seating. The atmosphere at this cafe is good and it’s usually full of locals.
Once we got the table, they gave us a complimentary pot of tea which was nice and unique.
There are menus in English/Thai on the board making it easy to make an order even if you don’t know any Thai.
They also gave us a paper for ticking the things we want to order but it was only in Thai Language.
There is a good choice of meals, desserts and drinks at a low price on the menu.
Egg roti topped with banana (40 baht) is always our favorite and the cafe creatively serves it in many styles. In our opinion the roti was good as it was crispy enough and not too sweet but the banana was a bit too raw.
There’s a variety of toast toppings to choose from. Our choice was a toast with orange jam (15 baht).
We’ve ordered an iced milk green tea (30 baht). The tea was mostly milk flavored and really sweet.
The only thing that let it down was the service as it was a bit slow. It wasn’t very busy when we arrived but we had to wait quite long for our order.
