Phu Quoc Night Market Location
The night market is located in the center of Duong Dong Town. The night market is located along Bach Dang Street and part of Ly Tu Trong and Nguyen Trai streets. Therefore, the night market is also known as Bach Dang Night Market.
You can come into the market area by many different ways but we came there through the main entrance at the intersection between the end of Tran Hung Dao Street and Ly Tu Trong Street.
Previously, there was Dinh Cau Night Market on Vo Thi Sau Street, less than 100 m away from the current night market. It was specializing in selling fresh seafood. However, on October, 2016, Dinh Cau Night Market was officially closed and small businesses moved to the new area and are no longer operating in the old location. The market merged into Bach Dang night market and was named Phu Quoc Night Market. The area of the night market has been improved, as the stalls are more spacious, offer more items and also welcome more tourists for shopping.
How to get to Phu Quoc Night Market
As the night market is located in the heart of Duong Dong Town, you can easily come here by taxi or motorbike. If you stay in the vicinity of the night market, you can walk here but if you stay a little further away, it is advisable to go to the night market by taxi, not motorbike for convenience.
If you stay at luxury resort, such as Vinpearl Resort or Novotel Phu Quoc Resort, or somewhere else on the route of the new Phu Quoc bus, you can travel to the night market and from it for free.

Phu Quoc Night Market Opening Hours
The night market opens in the evening and waits for visitor until late night. The stalls start selling at about 16:00 and close business around 23:00. Depending on the weather and number of customers, opening hours may be shorter or longer, sometimes it can be crowded even until 2:00 the next day. The island's main night market is usually the most crowded from 19:00 to 22:00.
