However, on October, 2016, Dinh Cau Night Market was officially closed and small businesses moved to the new area and are no longer operating in the old location. The market merged into Bach Dang night market and was named Phu Quoc Night Market. The area of the night market has been improved, as the stalls are more spacious, offer more items and also welcome more tourists for shopping.
