Taking the S7 bus is the cheapest way to go from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Mega Bangna, Central Bangna (with a popular water park, Pororo AquaPark, on top of it), and BITEC directly. S7 Bus Bangkok Airport
The Bangkok S7 bus changed the old Bangkok bus route 558 (Suvarnabhumi - Kheha Thonburi). The old route number is still usually displayed for the convenience of passengers. Be noted that in some places it might be displayed that the route ends at Central Rama 2, which is a well-known shopping mall in the area.
All buses running on the Suvarnabhumi Airport S7 Bus route are electric and air-conditioned. The route is operated by the Thai Smile Bus company, which is using new and comfortable, environmentally friendly buses on all its routes.
Bangkok S7 Bus Price
The fare for the electric air-conditioned Bangkok bus S7 depends on the distance traveled and is the following:
- 15 THB: not more than 4 km
- 20 THB: from 4-16 km
- 25 THB: more than 16 km
In case of taking the bus to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport, an additional fee of 10 THB is charged.
Therefore, the Bangkok S7 bus ticket price for a trip from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Mega Bangna, Central Bangna, or BITEC should be 35 THB per person. If you will be dropping off earlier (e.g., at Market Village Suvarnabhumi), the bus ticket should cost 30 THB per person.
The ticket can be bought on board. To pay the bus fare, you can also use the HOP Card.
Bangkok S7 Bus Timetable
Bangkok S7 Bus service operates daily, from 5:30 to 22:00.
The expected frequency of the S7 bus is every 25 minutes. However, the timetable of Bangkok buses, including bus S7, strongly depends on traffic conditions and other factors. Therefore, the waiting time can be longer than that. To get a better idea about the waiting time, install the TSB GO Plus application and check the expected bus arrival time in real time.
The journey from BKK Airport to Mega Bangna usually takes about 30 minutes, and to the bus stop near BITEC about 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Bangkok S7 Bus Route
The S7 bus runs from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Kheha Thonburi in southwestern Bangkok and passes Mega Bangna, Central Bangna (with a popular water park, Pororo AquaPark, on top of it), and BITEC on the way.
The bus S7 route starts from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, goes along Suvarnabhumi Road 3, Highway No. 370, turns right onto Theparat Road, gets on Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway at Bang Na Tollway, goes along Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway, gets off Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway at Suk Sawat Tollway, turns right onto Suk Sawat Road, turns left onto Rama II Road, and ends the route at Kheha Thonburi.
