Water Festival 2023, a unique Songkran Festival celebration in Thailand, will be held for the 8th time. The festival is taking place between 13-16 April 2023 in 4 regions, 6 provinces of Thailand, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, and Phuket. In Bangkok, it will be held at the historical landmarks along the Chao Phraya River. There will be a free shuttle boat service operating between the venues of the festival from 9:00 to 17:00.

2. Khao San Road
Date: 12-16 April 2023
Khao San Road is a top Songkran Festival celebration venue that many people have been waiting for. Of course, like every year, foreigners will flock to join in the fun and celebrate the Songkran. The venue will be featuring Dj’s and MC's that will add an extra heat to Songkran in Bangkok.
In 2023, Songkran Festival at Khao San Road will be taking place for 4 days starting in the morning of April 12 by organizing a merit-making ceremony for 99 monks. International Amazing Splash 2023 is the Songkran Festival event organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). You can enjoy a spectacular international Songkran traditions parade from 5 countries:
Thailand: the parade of the Emerald Buddha enshrined
China: the colorful procession of happiness of the people of Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province

There will also be various cultural performances, and the non-stop fun with SPLASH activities including waterbomb and water tunnels throughout the three days of the event. International Amazing Splash 2023 will be hold at Chula Soi 5 (Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park and Stadium One).
4. The ICONIC Songkran Festival 2023
Date: 11-17 April 2023

ICONSIAM organizes The ICONIC Songkran Festival 2023 that will be held between 11-17 April 2023. Date: 15-16 April 2023
